Gta 5 Fatal Error

Anyone help?? I got the same problem and found a solution, but quite a solution for me:/ If u delete the Script hook files in your directory game folder and download the new update with it which is here and paste it in again it will work. But NOT for they who had mods in the game it will just crash?

So i downloaded the new upate of the Script hook v and paste it in GTA main folder and tried running the game with my mods which i had BUT still crash ANY HELP! Please would be so help. PS dont wanna delete my mods.:(.
